It is time for Texans to reject fear-based narratives and develop their own informed understanding of Muslims and their beliefs.

In Islam, there is no dichotomy between faith and the world. The two are deeply intertwined. For Muslims, faith is expressed not only through prayer, fasting and charity, but also through how they conduct themselves in everyday life.
