Yesterday when I posted about Oklahoma banning Sharia Law from being used in their courts, I stated that I hoped Muslims would file a lawsuit against this. As it will only expose the internal threat of Islam even more, and the public will get to learn about the true hateful nature of Sharia. I would like to personally thank the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), for helping our side out. Then have shown us they are pro-Sharia, and are a clear enemy of America. So now anytime a US politician supports them this needs to be brought up. Within the law, lets bring CAIR and Sharia down!

We the people need to start filing Law Suits against CAIR. Islamic rule is a violation against our freedom of speech and pursuit of happiness. We need to ban together and file lawsuits against CAIR in every major city in America.

The idea that American secular courts should defer to Sharia judgment is a frontal assault on the Constitution, Declaration and Bill of Rights.
We never signed a treaty declaring sharia to be our law.
It is not compatible with ours or any Western constitution, written or unwritten.

The Supreme Court rules on constitutionality, not on multiculturalism.

Sharia law is law whereby a woman’s testimony is worth 1/2 a man’s, a woman’s inheritance is 1/2 that of her brothers. Sharia has rules against the collecting of interest. Sharia calls for the DEATH penalty for adultery, and the DEATH penalty if you leave Islam for another religion. Single people who have sex outside of marriage get 100 lashes, and also 100 lashes for the drinking of alcohol. Under sharia there is NO freedom of speech. If you criticize Islam or Mohammad the punishment is DEATH….that’s why there were death threats over cartoons. That is why Sharia is NOT compatible with western law. Oh, and under Sharia there is and NEVER HAS BEEN separation of state and mosque…the religion and the law have ALWAYS been one and the same. They believe Allah is the only judge and legislator and there is NO LAW ABOVE THE LAW OF ALLAH. Too many people in this country don’t know anything about what Islam is. It is NOT a religion like other religions it is a political state. Islam could use reform but the direction of Islam is as with the Middle Ages, the institution of Islamic law over all. This means that nonbelievers in an Islamic country will be in a large way under Islamic law in dress and morals and Christians and Jews could also be executed for adultery in an Islamic state.

I must add, the new Law is not about hatred towards anybody. It is not against Muslims. OK only has a population of about 2.5% Muslims or so. They are FREE to live their lives in a normal fashion and go to their worship places with no hindrance, eat their food, marry and enjoy all their customs. The new Law is in place so that “minority agencies” have no foothold on holding hostage the citizens of Oklahoma with outside impositions that have nothing to do with us. Not only does it relate to Sharia Law but International Law as well. If a group of Americans went to Saudi Arabia and decided that it was time that their local courts adopted US Law, when dealing with their citizens, do you truly believe that they would concede the petition? Of course not! Nowadays, everybody wants to sue someone to get their way…even if they are WRONG.

It’s true in Saudi Arabia if you criticize the government which is the religion as well the punishment is DEATH. If you preach another religion to a Muslim there punishment is DEATH. People of other religions are not allowed to gather in prayer in Saudi Arabia.

I didn’t hear that they did, but the Sharia banning in Oklahoma was much more publicized.
Problem is, CAIR is financed by the botttomless pockets of the Saudi oil wahabis. They don’t need to care about cost or time span. The law is the law though, and the ONLY law that “counts” here in the US is the Constitution. The islames can like it or get the hell out.
The time span IS important, even if it is about a hundred years. That’s when the arabs will run out of oil, and money.

I don’t see how they can win this. (Please see the above comment by Chris). Personally I think the Islamic masters of the lawsuit, are shooting themselves in the foot with this. On what possible grounds would CAIR be able to argue that the Oklahoma Constitutional amendment was “unconstitutional”? There is a fundamental understanding in the U.S. Constitution that the people are governed by the laws of the land. Which of our laws would allow people be to be governed, instead, the laws of some other jurisdiction?

My argument in this is simple we banned a law not a religon if they are one in the same and inseperable then wouldnt that make Islam less of a religon and more of a political institution.
Exactly…Islam is a political system that wants to take over all you have to do is read their teachings and look at their histories to know this. My heart is breaking that so many folks think of it as a religion and support it under the guise of freedom of religion when in fact it is a system that if it takes hold it will take our freedom away from us. I agree with eib’s comment above: no one should be allowed to immigrate unless they sign a contract saying that they accept that Sharia Law is not used or allowed in America. If they then arrive and cause trouble over it, they can be immediately deported for breach of their immigration agreement.
Americans need to ensure that their next President’s background is clear and that he/she intends to put an end to any thought of Sharia Law superceding American Law. Canada has banned Sharia Law but that won’t stop muslims from pushing for it.
We need to keep North America Sharia-free. If that means banning immigration by muslims, all the better.

In an accepting muslim state all non-muslims are taxed, and treated as second class citizens.
By an accepting muslim state I mean on in which non-muslims are tolerated and able to live. Although daily the Christian can reasonably fear for their life and the lives of their family. Recently in Egypt several Christian were murdered by muslims. tolerated until someone decides it’s time to kill them. I really believe it’s time for Christians to stop tolerating muslims in our country.
