To Those who are Outraged at Burn a Koran Day

I can understand people not agreeing with the upcoming “Burn a Koran Day”. But the whole thing has really been blown out of proportion, and people need to stop acting like this is some world crisis. Two of the most recognized people who have spoken out against this day are General Petraeus, and Hillary Clinton. What I want to know is where was their outrage when the US Army burned Bibles?

Where is the outrage by the General over the persecution of the Christians in Iraq? A new Iraq which he helped create. There are also plenty of other Christians outraged by this day. Where is their outrage when Muslims burn down Churches? Where is the outrage over the centuries long persecution of the Coptic Christian in Egypt? Where is the outrage over the persecution of Christians in Iran, and Pakistan? Apparently you guys respect the Koran more than you do your own Bible. I respectfully suggest that you guys take a look in the mirror, and get your priorities straight. Islam calls for the domination, and ultimate destruction of Christianity, and here you guys are respecting it more than you do your own religion. You have it backwards.

Its funny how a group of church leaders held a news conference yesterday concerning the koran burning, and how they talked about tolerance. Have we not in this country put up with enough of this crap. Have we not taken in peoples from all over the world, who wanted to help build the greatest Nation the world has ever seen. Maybe because of that they want to see us destroyed. I cannot for the life of me understand how freaking blind can these people be. I think i am going to puke! What the hell is going on. Chris keep on keeping on!

You are talkin apples and oranges. Iraq and many countries in the Middle East do not have religious freedom. THAT is why other religions are persecuted. Look at CHINA? For Pete’s sake they execute Falon Gong people because they don’t ‘agree’ with them, a peace loving group. Newsflash, they don’t like Christians too much either, but they tolerate them because we buy all their cheap garbage. THEY are the ones hell bent on taking over the world, NOT the Muslims. Yet you all support China every day by buying their junk at Wal-Trash and the like. They alreay OWN us, thanks to Reagan and his ilk who granted them favored nation status.

If Christians know they are going to be hurt going to Middle Eastern country, then DON’T GO THERE. Do your good ‘deeds’ at home.Plenty to do in THIS country.

You are completely missing my point. Where is the outrage against the persecution of Christians? It does not matter where it is coming from. Yes this is America where the Bible gets desecrated, so what is your point? Is the Koran supposed to be held higher than the Bible?

This site clearly documents the fact that Muslims are trying to takeover the world. Outside of Israel, the have taken over the Middle East, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, larger portions of Africa, China, Europe, and Thailand etc….how much more land do they have to takeover before you wakeup?

They will never get it as long as they are being brainwashed with “Do the right thing and be fair”, although there is clearly no fairness involved when it comes to hating my country and burning my flag and destroying Christian churches! I hate all muslim cowards that hide behind a false religion to justify thier murdering, violent ways! We didn’t learn SHIT from Hitler, did we? There is nothing different between Islam and Naziism except for the name it goes by!

“Mary” my church has a large (over 5000 church members) mission in China and we do not get any harassment from the govt.

Thanks to people like you we probably wont have freedom of religion here much longer either. Regardless of what you said in your rude reply to me the other day the muslims pray 5 times a day one prayer of each set demonizes Christians. If you do not believe me check out Wafa Sultans website. She translates the prayer into English. When the muslims take over here we will be under barbaric sharia law and that will mean you too.

We are sending millions to Pakistan for flood aid but they are denying aid to Christian Paki’s. We burn a Quaran and all hell breaks loose the pastor has been threaten by Obummer via the FBI. Here’s what your buddies the muslims do:

You are both ignorant and evil!

wow, we asked the liberals to stop blaming Bush and they did, they switched to blaming Reagan! when are they going to blame Obama for anything? Don’t you love how he closed GITMO in one yeat (promised – didn’t happen) or how he got C-Span cameras into Congressional meetings(promised – didn’t happen)and how he kept Lobbyists out of his administration (promised – didn’t happen). But they’ve stopped blaming Bush, only to switch to blaming the greatest man ever to hold the offie.

Obama bin Lyin should be impeached! Read the Constitution and you’ll see he is guilty and qualifies for impeachment along with nearly all the politicians who hold an office today! But with all the destractions, it’s hard to get anyone to see that. Hell, probably more than half our population has never even read the 2 most important documents in our history- Declaration of Independence and The Constitution. Sad, very sad!!!

It doesn’t matter how you slice the cake. Burning the Unholy Qur’an isn’t nearly as bad as the Muslims murdering almost 3,000 innocent people at the World Trade Center.

    • September 9, 2010 at 10:34 pm

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Its estimated that between 250 and 300 million people have been murdered in the name of pislam by Mahound’s deranged followers.

For those who argue that burning a heretical book is un-Christian, they should turn to Acts 19, verses 18-19 — “Many of the believers came, publicly admitting and revealing what they had done [i.e., engaging in magic]. Many of thos who had practiced magic brought their books together and burned them in public. They added up the price of the books, and the total came to fifty thousand silver coins [each coin worth the daily wage of a rural worker].”

We should not treat the Quran as anything more sacred than its contents. Read the Quran and then decide if it is worth keeping.

What I’d like to know is when enough Christians are going to say enough is enough and throw all these scumbags and hypocrites, like Petraeus and the Hildabeast, et al out of our military and government and burn down the White House?

I personally have no regard for the Qur’an. It blasphemes the Triune God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The Qur’an and it’s hateful ideology was/is the product of evil. That being said, however, I do have regard for God’s Word and the salvation of souls. While it is hard to swallow in the aftermath of 9-11 and ongoing persecution of Christians and Jews alike, all of us who profess Christ need to heed God’s word: Matthew 5:43-48; Romans 12:14-21. I never questioned the constitutional right to burn the Qur’an, but I questioned the judgement in implementing this right. Unecessary provocation, giving the jihadis more twisted justification (per Islam) to shed blood of Christians worldwide. I’m glad Mr. Jones stood down – Christians shouldn’t stoop to that level. I’m convinced that the government intervened and will see to it that NO Qur’ans are burned. Maybe this will finally wake up some liberals to the fact that we ARE living in a nationalized state under a dictator who does cater to Islam. Goodbye Constitution, Hello Sharia Law. I feel that God intervened and saved lives by stopping the burn fest. Pray for His intervention to stop the GZ mosque OR our republic is history. Protesting a symbol of Islamic supremecy and imperialism is not an act of provocation. Purposely building it on grounds affected by the slaughter of thousands on 9-11 IS clear cut provocation.

    Regarding Acts 19:18-19
Point taken but you are a bit misleading –
This is referring to FORMER UNbelievers who then came to Christ and as a result, burned their OWN books containing false teachings. Not quite the same thing… If FORMER Muslims (apostates) were to have been involved in this Qur’an burning, WITNESSING to current Muslims and sharing the truth of the Gospel, then your scripture quote would have been more helpful (read verse 20). A bunch of “christians” burning someone else’s “holy book” and calling it evil does nothing except incite hate/violence. Getting the Muslims THEMSELVES to view their holy book as evil – now that’s going to make a difference within their community. People need to stop using God’s word to suit their own vengeful desires. We’re ALL tired of the appeasement and the persection, but remember who we ultimately answer to. The final wrath and judment is His, not ours.

I went to a 9 12 meeting last night and listened for an hour about the Quran and what will happen when they take over. Finally, I could not take any more and raised my hand and I asked him what the hell can we do about it.
His answer was , “not much, you can write to the people in Washington and tell them to talk about more about sharia, the quaran. You can write colleges and explain why they need to teach more on sharia, etc.”
I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I left there so depressed I’m not sure I’m going back.
We have to DO something to get people’s attention. I’m not the brightest, but I know
what’s coming. We have to get out in the streets and protest. Something! Am I right or am I way off.
Chris, thanks for all you do.

You are right, and we have to continue to educate our fellow Americans. We have to build up our numbers.

      Thanks for pitching in.

I let ppl know what moslems are all about and remind and tell ppl about Christian persecution. People hollar “Don’t Burn The Quran!” But you hear nothing about “Don’t Burn The Christian alive!” What’s the UN doing about the slaughter and rape that goes on in other countries? Nothing. What’s this president who sits in the White House doing about it? Nothing! He’s like the UN, ignores it, yet he’s gonna take AZ to the UN for a human rights issue? How messed up is that? Where are the HUMAN RIGHTS of those that are tortured and killed on a daily basis? And you know what, MOSLEMS HAVE BEEN KILLING & BURNING CHRISTIANS AND NON-MUSLIMS SINCE THE BIRTH OF THIS EVIL BOOK.
People need to get educated, America has been so dumbdowned some of them can even critically think anymore. ALL MOSLEMS WHETHER THEY ARE RADICAL OR MODERATE BELIEVE IN SHARIA LAW, that’s a fact! They call us hateful? ISLAM doesn’t tolerate ANYONE outside THEIR IDEOLOGY and IT’S NOT, I REPEAT, NOT A RELIGION. The Quran IS THEIR CONSTITUTION!
