Once again, there is another glaring example to share with you about so-called Christians who are promoting a religion that is out to destroy Christianity! This time, the backstabbing to their own religion took place in Seattle, where Muslims clearly took advantage of weel-intentioned but ignorant Christian “hospitality”.
Muslim prayer, edgy talk at the Cathedral
In a scene you don’t see every day at an Episcopal church, 30 Muslims knelt in prayer behind the altar at St. Mark’s Cathedral on Saturday, with a Christian cross as backdrop.
It was a break in “Confronting Islamophobia,” a conference that dissected false images of and prejudice against Muslims, but also heard their critics stereotyped and labeled.
The Yin and Yang were represented in two keynote speakers at the conference, sponsored by about 40 Muslim, Christian and pro-Palestinian groups, even by Jewish Voice for Peace.
“Let there be no compulsion in religion . . . Do not allow others’ hatred toward you to make you unjust,” Imam Jahal Rahman said in the morning keynote: “Getting to the heart of Islam.”
Imam, it seems you conveniently left out the part about Koran verse 9:29 which calls for Muslims to fight and dominate Christians and Jews!
In the afternoon. however, freelance journalist Richard Silverstein told the audience: “Look to the Republican Party to exploit fear of Islam and make hay in the 2012 election.”
Outside of Israel, Muslims have taken over the Middle East, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, large portions of Africa including Tunisia, Libya, & Egypt, and, of course, Muslims are heavily represented in Europe, esp. in Albania, France, the UK,& the Netherlands. How much more land must they control before non-Muslims should “fear” the encroachment of Islam? The tenets of Islam conflict heavily with Western culture and laws!
Silverstein, who is Jewish, identified as “bigots” leaders of what he called “a campaign of demonization.” He singled out such figures as Rep. Peter King, R-New York, who held recent congressional hearings supposedly to investigate how radical Islamists are infiltrating mosques in America.
If you were really against bigotry, you would not be defending Islam.

Back to our friend Silverstein.
He decried the “Jewish-led campaign against the (Ground Zero) Mosque conveniently timed to the 2010 elections” and said Islamophobes intend to create “an atomized America.”
In case you did not notice, Silverstein, the voices against the proposed Ground Zero Mosque have continued to make themselves heard. They will never be silenced! This is not about elections.
Rep. Jim McDermott, D-Wash., who sat through Silverstein’s talk, argued afterward that Rep. King’s hearings bombed and were most notable for the reaction they generated. He pointed to the eloquent, emotional defense of faith and American pluralism by Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., who is a Muslim.
“There is a streak, a pretty wide streak, in America that we have to speak up for people different than us,” McDermott said. He pointed to the post-9/11 establishment of Seattle as a “Hate Free Zone” and Church Council volunteers who protected a Seattle mosque.
Jim, you might want to actually do some research on why Muslims differ from non-Muslims before you speak on their behalf!

Of course, Silverstein can do no better than to repeat the usual Islamophile talking points, such as “handful extremists” and dropping the “bigot bomb”. Apparently, he has not done much, if any, research on Islam and is defending what he does not know. Silverstein is also supportive of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).

The bottom line of his speech: He did not address the Islamic scriptures at all! What he DID do was to attack those that actually have knowledge about Sharia and try to make this a Left vs. Right issue. The truth is simply that Islam is a threat to us all!
Both Silverstein and workshop leader Kathleen Christison, a onetime CIA analyst, referred to “the assassination” of Osama bin Laden.
“Some of our war-making,” charged Chistison, flows from a desire to promote “an Israeli regional hegemony.” She asserted earlier: “There are a lot of books that are Islamophobic these days put out by mainstream publishers.”
Are you implying we should curtail our freedom of speech to protect Islam? Did it ever cross your mind that the people who are speaking out against Islam have done their homework?! Have you?
Yvonne Haddad, a professor of Islamic history at Georgetown University, warned that anti-Islamic actions in the U.S. get magnified in the Arab world — especially state legislators trying to ban Sharia law.

It seems to be the next step, to get a foothold into churches. Just the other day I read that had started praying in the cathedral of Cordoba. Also they plan to build a combined church-moske in Stockholm. They will be wall-to-wall and there is actually going to be a door connecting them. The story doesn’t tell if there is going to be separate door for females though. However, the church-part is according to the sketches laying lower than the moske. Which is also according to pislam and dhimmitude.
The Vatican has forbidden letting churches be used for Muslim prayers. It’s the disobedient Bishops that permit this.

There were 12 of us there protesting with our signs about Shariah law. We actually got to talk with people as they went in and many had no clue that Rauf wanted America to be Shariah compliant or even what Shariah law was. We got to educate some people and even got a pretty favorable interview on the local news with Fox and KIRO. World Net Daily interviewed us too. We did not let this go unanswered.

News of your Conference at St . Mark’s Cathedral last Saturday has spread nation-wide. Unfortunately, you Christian leaders have been used by Islamists (people who advance the political agenda of Islam) to help establish Islam as a “mainstream religion” in the United States. Those who have severe reservations about the motives of the Islamists are sometimes called “Islamophobes,” but that would imply an irrational fear of Islam. There is plenty of objective, rational information about Islam to raise concerns among those who have studied their doctrines and sacred texts.
Islam is not an Abrahamic faith, but rather a political/religious ideology that drew names, stories, and credibility from the Judeo-Christian faith, but failed to even capture the most important moral truths of the Bible. The principal ethic of the Judeo-Christian faith is “Love the Lord your God with all you strength and love your neighbor as yourself.“ Jesus underscored the universal character of ones’ neighbor by the Parable of the Good Samaritan. Islam has no such ethic. Rather, the Quran states, “Those who follow [Muhammad] are ruthless to the unbelievers, but merciful to one another. “ (Surah 48:29). Muslims are warned in Surah 5:51, “Believers, take neither Jews nor Christians for your friends.” There are no “Good Samaritans” among the Islamists, although they are more than happy to use people of other faiths to advance their agenda.
Whereas Christians are given a free gift of Salvation through Jesus Christ and are saved through faith, Islam has been spread for the past 1,400 years through militant overpowering of nations – many of which were originally Christian nations. The goal of Islam is clearly stated in its holy text: “Fight against [Christians and Jews] until the pay tribute out of hand and are utterly subdued.” (Surah 9:29) The word “Islam” does not mean “peace,” but rather “submission,” as in “Are they seeking a religion other than Allah’s, when every soul in the heavens and earth has submitted to Him, willingly or by compulsion?” (Surah 3:81)
For all the attention given to Islam, it has a very small group of followers in the United States. There are more Buddhists in American than Muslims, but nobody has Buddhophoia Conferences. In fact, one hardly ever reads an article about Buddhists in American newspapers, unless they are doing something good in the community. The difference is that Buddhists are not engaging in political activism to advance their agenda and prerogatives. The ultimate goal of the Islamists, of course, is to have Sharia Law recognized as valid. Sharia Law discriminates on the basis of sex, race, and religion. Women’s legal rights are half those of men with regard to testimony and inheritance. Arabs are seen as so superior to other races that non-Arab men are considered “not suitable” to marry Arab women. A Muslim woman is forbidden to marry a Christian.
But the most damning aspect of Sharia Law is its statement regarding Christians and Jews. This quote is from ‘Umdat al-Salik, known in English as Reliance of the Traveller, and considered the Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law: “Previously revealed religions were valid in their own eras . . . but were abrogated by the universal message of the Quran. . . It is unbelief (kufr)to hold that the remnant cults now bearing the names of formerly valid religions, such as “Christianity” or “Judaism,” are acceptable to Allah Most High after He has sent the final Messenger [Muhammad].“ (Section w4.1, page 846)
If you believe that you have any common ground with the Islamists just because their holy book mentions Jesus and Mary, you are woefully mistaken. Worse yet, by helping them gain stature as an Abrahamic faith, you are actually ignoring the simple tests provided to Christians in the First Epistle of John: “Whoever says that he is in the light, yet hates his brother, is in the darkness to this very hour.” (I John 2:10) “Who, then, is the liar? It is anyone who says that Jesus is not the Messiah. Such a person is the Enemy of Christ – he rejects both the Father and the Son.” (I John 2:22) “My dear friends, do not believe all who claim to have the Spirit, but test them to find out of the spirit they have comes from God. . . [A]nyone who acknowledges that Jesus Christ came as a human being has the Spirit who comes from God.” (I John 4:2-3)
I encourage you to read the Quran – particularly the final chapters revealed – Surahs 8 and 9. Also read Reliance of the Traveller, and see if you can find anywhere in that book any common ground of religious practice or a system of rules under which you would choose to live. Your conference on Islamophobia indicates that you have a lot of reading to do to truly understand Islam.

Everyday Americans are learning about the Qu’ran, the followers of the Qu’ran, the hatred towards all who do not follow the Qu’ran and the justifiable killing of non-Muslims mentioned in the Qu’ran. Everyday Americans are witnessing the laws of our land being used against us to pave the way for ‘Sharia Law,’ the antithesis of our Democracy. Americans are facing a rapidly growing population of Muslims who attend American schools and universities, pray on neighborhood streets, are intolerant of other religions, are in our political system fighting for Sharia, who refuse to assimilate into our multi-culture and remain silent in the battle against intolerant Islamic practices. Most of all, Americans are afraid of radical Islamic terrorism.
Aren’t these enough reasons for an Islamic group like this to be conferencing on how they really need to explore their support for America’s fight against radical Islam by renouncing the hatred the Qu’ran calls for with the justified killing of innocent people of different faiths? These ‘moderates’ truly need to unite and be extremely outspoken to each other about the hatred that permeates the Qu’ran. Until then, everyday Americans will not be able to look a Muslim in the face without wondering if he believes in the Qu’ran as it is written, the terrorism that spreads it and the Muslim goal of global jihad for the establishment of global Islam.
There is no other religious ideology that calls for death to Infidels. Therefore, until representatives of Islam begin a self-exploration of the hateful teachings of the Qu’ran and renounce global jihad, everyday Americans will be suspicious of everyday Muslims.
As a life long Washingtonian I am not suprised by the liberal attitude of “St. Mark’s Church” or Silverstein in Seattle.

Islam’s main enemy is Islam. There is nothing unique about pagan cults like Islam, except that Islam eats its own!!! Weekly we hear about the Sunni/Shiite divide that usually ends in the deaths of women and children in some obscure market place. Muslims believe that their deity delights in the death of their enemies, when in fact their demonic deity delights in the deaths of any ‘innocent’ human; Muslim or ‘infidel.’
We have been forewarned that these demonic pagans would rise in the ‘latter days,’ and their perfidy will eventually be rectified. Every evil lie that comes out of their black hearts will eventually be exposed. I take the threats of Islam at face value … in other words, I believe that they mean harm to all that oppose their demonic doctrines. Those who help them distribute their lies across the globe are really no better than the liars themselves.
Islam is a false pagan religion with all the trimmings of a ‘great’ religion; except that it is really a ‘grand’ deception. Unfortunately for Muslims, their downfall was predicted long ago. We will soon see their false prophet (the mahdi), false Yeshua (isa or issa) and great signs and wonders to even fool the ‘elect,’ if possible. Evil parties in the US have opened the door to this kind of deception, and now we see that they even delight in rubbing elbows with these deceivers. A God of weakness can not beat the God of hate. Muslims don’t no any better, but Christians do. the difference between muslims and Christians is – Christians feel guilty whereas Muslims don’t. Christians submit but Muslms never ever do.
I experienced this submission last Thursday when the pastor of Avondale Presbyterian church, Avondale pa. abruptly cancelled the Pamela Geller presentation on What is shariah law scheduled for May 14. I had invited over 300 people and the coward pulled the rug from under me. Christians are deliberately setting themselves up for genocide. God damn them to hell.

Mainline churches are in a sorry state. Most are meccas of entertainment and socializing and little else. Many others are broken records of “are you saved – hallelujah!” or liberal ecumenical sewers where everything freely flows. Very few apply Scripture to current events and lift a finger or voice to the challenges of our culture and external threats like Islam. If you find such a church you a fortunate indeed.
I note that the church involved was Episcopal.
In recent decades, many Episcopal converts came from the Catholic church. They converted into the Anglican communion because they did not like their church’s stand on certain issues or the hard-right conservatism it was often associated with.
I have also noted that in recent years, the theology expressed in Anglican worship has become increasingly unitarian.
There are formulas for the sign of the cross that name God, but not the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and these are in use in Episcopal churches.
The new prayer formulas in the proposed liturgy are mostly unitarian, with a smattering of Catholic elements.
In other words, the Episcopal Church is becoming a unitarian church. It is likely that it will welcome Chrislam or some variation of it to preserve its “life”.
This is why I could never, ever join the Anglican communion.
I am a doctrinaire trinitarian in my theology, and the Biblical basis of the Trinity doesn’t offend me in the least.
