I have continually stated that Muslims have turned the freedoms of America into tools of Islam. Led by groups like The Muslim Legal Fund of America (MLFA) that carries an organizational message that they will fight for the constitutional rights of Muslims. Plus The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Which carries the same message.
Unfortunately it doesn’t stop there. Now we have Muslims in Indiana stating it would be unconstitutional to ban the call to prayer.

Indiana has a long tradition of welcoming people of all faiths, many of whom have built businesses, served in uniform and strengthened our communities. That’s why, as former members of the first Trump administration and the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, we were troubled by Lt. Gov. Micah Beckwith’s recent comments denigrating Islam. More fundamentally, he misconstrued our constitutional heritage.
Once again we see how Muslims are using the Constitution against America in order to change it to suit Islam. My view is considering the fact Islam contradicts the Constitution is doesn’t deserve religious status.
Let’s start with first principles. The lieutenant governor says our nation was founded as a Christian nation and this limits religious liberty for Muslims. It is true that Christianity was dominant both among the populace and founders, but leading founders understood that religious conviction and liberty reinforce one another.
James Madison, architect of the Constitution, grounded religious freedom in the “duty which we owe to our Creator” to seek his will personally and freely, and thus “the religion of every man must be left to the conviction and conscience of every man.” Indiana’s own Constitution likewise provides that no law may control the free exercise of religious opinions or give preference to any creed, religious society or mode of worship.
Unfortunately Madison was mistaken here. Why would the God of Christianity support Islam which denies the crucifixion of Jesus and calls for the persecution of Christianity.

As a country, the United States is always evolving in the way that we think about social, political, economic, and theological underpinnings of our society. And while public opinion might wax and wane, the Constitution rarely changes in its protection of our specific rights.
Upon the passage of the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom in 1786, James Madison wrote to its author, Thomas Jefferson: “I flatter myself we have in this country extinguished forever the ambitious hope of making laws for the human mind.”

So what is the fatal flaw here? It was granting Islam religious status in the first place.

+ According to the US Constitution, the US Government has no authority to control religion. All control of religion was left to the States. The Supreme Court violated the Constitution with a 1961 ruling prohibiting school prayer. I can explain it, but it is beyond the space allocated here.
+ 7 States had Established Churches in 1788. The 6 other States required a minimum of a Belief in God, the Jews qualified, in order to be citizen for voting purposes. There were no Moslems in the US. Mainly, Moslems controlled the slave trade and would not sell fellow Moslems to white Infidels. When Moslems started immigrating to the US. They could live here, but not hold office, until about 1992.
