Celebrating Islam in an Archdiocese of Decline
“There is no place where I feel more respect, fraternity and kindness,” declared Archbishop Edward Weisenburger of Detroit at the opening of the new headquarters of the Islamic Institute of America and the inauguration of the Imam Al-Hasanain Mosque.
Well maybe if this Archbishop actually did some research on Islam instead of living in his self-imposed fantasy land he would know that Islam disrespects Christians. Starting with the fact that when Muslims pray they degrade Jews and Christians.
On the evening of June 6th—the Vigil of the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ—Detroit Archbishop Edward Weisenburger joined Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Imam Fadhel Al-Sahlani (representative of the Shia Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali al-Sistani in North America), and other Muslim dignitaries at the opening ceremony of the new headquarters of the Islamic Institute of America (IIOA) and the inauguration of the Imam Al-Hasanain Mosque.
So he supports Shia Muslims. For the most part those are the lunatic Mullahs of Iran.

According to the Arab American News, it is a “$16 million project that community leaders describe as one of the largest and most significant Islamic developments in Michigan in recent years.” It is a sprawling complex built on seven acres, which “features striking golden domes that have already made it a prominent landmark in Metro Detroit’s religious landscape.”
And the Archbishop of Detroit was there to celebrate it.
“There is no place where I feel more respect, fraternity and kindness,” Weisenburger declared. “From the moment I entered this beautiful site, I felt a profound divine presence. We are members of the same human family. All churches, all mosques, all synagogues, all places where God reaches out and touches with his finger are sacred. This is a truly wonderful and sacred place, a place that will bring all of humanity, I believe, into a deeper communion with our one god.”
So here are some questions to be asked. How is it one God as Islam disrespects Christians?

I get inspired every time I listen to these songs. They keep me stirred up.
Oh, I had to go to give blood today. for Thursday’s treatment. In the last three years, I think they have taken 3 gallons of blood out of me. They gave me some back twice. I got all anemic from the chemo.
Yeah, that chemo kills everything. Good blood cells, bad blood cells, cancer cells burn the coating off your nerves. It almost killed me and saved me at the same time.
Rainy day in California. So I’m hanging out on the internet
I figured out what these doctors did. They took me to death door to kill all the cancer cells, then brought me back, then they hit me with radiation and a smaller dose of chemo, and it worked.
Now they give me Keytruda every three weeks, it’s an immunotherapy. It keeps the cancer from coming back, just more IVs, three years of IVs, but I do it to keep this cancer from ever coming back.
I just tell you all this, so you know what to expect if you ever get cancer.
I found out some more crazy stuff. I have green eyes; only 2% of the population have green eyes. They change colors from blue to gray depending on my mood.
I might get to go fishing next week. I hope.
You want to get on that cancer as quickly as possible before it spreads. I was lucky I caught it before it spread very far.
Now I follow God’s plan. His hand kept me alive.
You prayed. You believed. You waited. And it looked like nothing happened. But God was working in ways you couldn’t see. The impossible was already in motion.
I question myself about what exactly happened to me.
