Zuhdi Jasser, president and founder of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, or AIFD, based in Phoenix, Az., said he “would have problems” with the instructors cited by The Post, in particular “former Muslims who had converted to Christianity,” such as Walid Shoebat, who recommended the indiscriminate wiretapping of Islamic student groups and mosques.
Why is that Zuhdi, what is your issue with apostates of Islam? Why did you have to point out that they have left Islam, and converted to Christianity?
But “to indict a whole system for using some people who hate or fear Islam,” he said, was “wrong.”
Islam is a religion that calls for the domination over non-Muslims. What are non-Muslims supposed to like about it?
“It’s not a systematic problem,” Jasser said.
CAIR, he said, “is in denial that there is no Islamic threat…They just want to dismiss everything as Islamophobic.”
CAIR is not in denial about anything, they want Islam to dominate America.

There is a real threat from “political Islam,” added Jasser, who was a U.S. Navy doctor for 11 years, “and counterterrorism training on it is very relevant.”
The problem comes when ill-advised trainers “equate political Islam and sharia with Islam itself.”
No Jasser, the real problem is that for 1400 years most of the non-Muslim world has been tiptoeing around naming the problem. That problem is Islam itself. Are you trying to reinvent Islam (which will not happen), or just trying to cover for it? Because Islam is a complete way of life with political, and military components.

Do those verses look familiar to you Jasser? Those are laws and they are from the Koran, not some other book entitled “Political Islam”.
“If they see Islam itself as the problem, then the [training] strategy is dead in the water….It doesn’t present any type of solution.”
The reason the problem is getting worse and worse is that people do not want to name the problem, and here are some solutions. The first it to get off of Muslim oil, and then end all Muslim immigration. The second would be to officially ban Sharia Law, and then arrest and deport it if possible, Muslims who call for it. They are to be looked upon as enemies of the state, just as Nazis were. A third would be to fly Israeli officials here and learn how they deal with the threat of Islamic terrorism, at their points of transportion and other public facilities. The line of thinking that “moderate” Muslims are coming to the rescue should be put to rest already. It is nothing more than wishful thinking.

Is that so, are you the spokesperson for the Islamic world? What are your credentials, what Mosque do you lead, are you the next writer of a Hadith? Can you please point out the large Muslim anti-Sharia movement in the West? Then please explain why this poll says differently from what you claim.

Actually CAIR is technically denying the existence of Muslim extremism, but that’s not because they don’t believe they exist. They are Muslim extremists themselves and they don’t want others to know their true agenda.
Right, because they (CAIR) do not see it as a threat. They want Islam to dominate.

Islam is the same as Sharia, really. There is no substantial difference at all. Islam is all about installing Sharia. The goal is that we live under sharia law. .. not that we’re all Muslim, technically (well, until their Final Imam or Mahdi returns and until their version of Jesus returns and beheads all of the infidels who are left). So, obviously he’s wrong.
But, still, I’m confused as to what his true motivations are. Is he idealistic or just deceitful?
It would be much easier to understand Islam if it were just a religion but it cannot be easily and neatly defined as such. It is a whole encompassing system as well as an economic,educational,legislative,judiciary and military system cloaked and garbed in religious terms with regulations which govern every aspect of the lives of its adherents and their relationships among themselves and with those who are non-Muslims..
In Islam the very idea of a “choice” is not only anathema but is regarded as an anti-Islamic concept. Freedom of choice does not exist; neither is religion a private or personal matter.Islam means submission,Islam means slavery.
In Islam life and religion are deeply intertwined and inseparable.If a muslim discards his religion for another it is regarded as the highest treason and is punishable by death under sharia.
If it includes a law code and specific commands for a political/social/economic structure, it’s no religion.
It needs and deserves no protection from taxation, critique and opposition.
If it is in any way political, in fact, it must have opposition in the West.
this is susprising. I own the movie the third jihad, produced by Jasser. I could never figure how he put the two sets of ideals next to each other and not see the truth of what Islam is. It appears now, that Jasser has gone back to sleep, so to speak. Either that or it was all BS.

I did not see the Third Jihad, but I did see an ad for it, and I remember it mentioning the Muslim Brotherhood and their desire to subvert the constitution and overthrow the US government and replace it with an Islamic theocracy. That’s not something that everyone knows about and its not something a stealth jihadists would want us to know.
The problem is that he is also saying, that Islam itself is not the problem. Which makes non-Muslims drop their guard on Islam itself.

I understand and I agree with your point, just in all fairness I don’t think we can put him in the same group as CAIR.
In spite of what he says, anyone who has studied Islam and the West understands the basic and unbridgable differences between the two.
I have absolutely nothing against Jasser personally, and I think it is his right to interpret his faith as he pleases.
But if you believe in the freedom of the individual, you must protect the apostate and make changing one’s faith a right.

If you are a Christian you are insulting yourself, because according to the Islamic scriptures state that Jesus will come back as a Muslim and destroy Christianity.
There’s a saying in the counterjihad:

Just as there are many Christians who are not particularly religious, there are also Muslims who are not very religious either.
Still, the goodness of some Muslims does not change the content of Muslim scripture and its constant and historically proven imperative to conquer and destroy the infidel.
