GAINESVILLE, Fla. — A Gainesville church known for wearing its opinion on its shirts protested an Islamic Center on Monday.
The Dove World Outreach Center, which touts the saying “Islam is of the devil,” portrayed that message outside the Islamic Center of Gainesville at its protest, which lasted about two hours.
Protesters said what they were doing is the role of Christians to bring their message to the public.
“They’re not going to change,” Pastor Wayne Sapp said of other churches. “Half of our message is how evil Islam is. The other half of our message is the only reason it has grown in the capacity that it has grown — it’s because the church is so cowardly, it will not stand up for simply what the Bible says, not an interpretation of the Bible, but what it says word for word.
“How can something like this continue to go on?” Sapp said of Islam. “We have to stand up.”

Another protester said the group is trying to be provocative.“Last demonstration we went to the porn store,” protester Luke Jones said. “Before that we went to the abortion place because they’re killing babies. So we’re in the face, yes, but Jesus was in the face.”
Members of the Islamic Center referred to the group as a “30-member cult.”
Channel 4 talked to a member of the Islamic Center on the phone, but he did not want to go on camera because he said he did not want to give the church any credibility.
“There are only 30 of them, meaning they don’t have a lot of support,” the spokesperson said. “If they’re studying the word of Jesus, they’re way off.”
Spin it all you want, but the country is clearly turning against Islam, and your vision of Jesus is what is way off.
It always surprises Muslims when Christians set boundaries. It requires them to ‘take a different strategy’ as they ‘play the system’ as much as they know. I’m glad for this and Dove Church is right, Christians are lazy, apathetic and cowardly. The Messiah was, indeed, ‘in your face’. He was well known for pissing evil off lol Additionally, Islam is the anti-theses to my religious doctrine; a known enemy. Therefore, it is my right to practice my religion and claim that Islam is evil all the while respecting the individual Muslim’s right to privacy, freedom of speech and religious choice. I’m perfectly happy with their muzzy butts keeping to themselves, but history proves they won’t do it; sniveling idiots.

This is due to the fact that the Arab pagans worshipped 360 gods with allah is the most common, and Mohammad was raised in the religion of the moon god al-e-lah. This Al-e-lah was the moon god according to the archeological evidence. That is why they have the crescent moon on their flags and on top of their mosques, till this day.

Muslims keep trying to pass Allah off as meaning The God. They want us to buy that Allah is just another name for God or is just The God. I thought the Pagan Moon God is Allah and the God is more like elilah. Didn’t the Biblical God say my name is Yehweh I am known by no other name about 7,000 times in the Bible? Doesn’t it also say to beware of false Prophets? I was raised a Catholic but was a practicing Buddhist until about a year ago. I really had to do some soul searching when I kept defending the Biblical God against the Islamic God on this Apostates of Islam forum.

The Moslems stayed hidden in their Center while we were there. I guess these ones are not as sure of their beliefs as we are of ours. We had lots of honks and thumbs up in support as people went by.

I think all Christians should protest and force our ideals as much as Muslims do. We should be calling them infidels and bombing their homes.
