Group plans session on Islam council at at Trinity Baptist Church
YUKON — A group that opposes an Islamic-American civil rights-civil liberties organization is hosting an educational gathering tonight at Trinity Baptist Church.
The organization, Reclaiming Oklahoma for Christ, is joining forces with Oklahomans Against CAIR Hate for the gathering it is calling “We Don’t CAIR.” Organizers said the event is designed to educate people about the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
Organizers for tonight’s event said it will focus attention on the council’s ties to radical Islam.
“Part of the reason we’re doing this is to share the other side of the story because what’s being presented (about CAIR) is not true,” the Rev. Paul Blair, founder of Reclaiming Oklahoma for Christ, said Monday.
“One of the purposes of CAIR is to spread propaganda about Islam here in America. CAIR conspired with other members of the Muslim Brotherhood to support terrorists,” said Blair, pastor of Edmond’s Fairview Baptist Church.
Islam group responds
Monday, Saad Mohammad, a board member of the Oklahoma chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, said his group does not support terrorists.
“I speak for CAIR and any other right-minded, level-headed Muslim: We don’t have any ties to radical Islam or terrorism. Those are things that CAIR opposes,” he said. “Our main concern is civil rights for all human beings.”
Mohammad said he and other leaders of his group would welcome an opportunity to meet with “We Don’t CAIR” organizers to talk about their concerns.
The Oklahoma chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations had its annual banquet Saturday at the Cowboy Hall & Western Heritage Museum.
Tonight’s gathering at Trinity Baptist, 600 N Cemetery Road, will include a presentation by Martin Mawyer, founder of Christian Action Network, who will speak about his organization’s work in exposing other aspects of what they perceive as a radical Islamic threat in the United States. Christian Action Network’s new film “Islam Rising: Geert Wilders’ Warning to America” will premiere at the gathering.
The film features the Dutch politician Geert Wilders who is currently on trial in the Netherlands for criticizing Islam.

Saad, CAIR is a “radical” Islam organization. Your lie is paper thin, please try again.

If you choose to live here, you have a responsibility to deliver the message of Islam … Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.”
The war with Islam is not about religion to me, it is about the freedom of our families future generations. But the reality is, that without a large Christian movement, I do not see the West winning this war. This is very encouraging.
Muslims, Islam, and their Koran should be exterminated by suicide bomber. Preferably their own. To hell with them.
The rally was a big success with about 500 people attending! There are still tshirts available if you're interested. Call 405-348-1745.
Thanks Elinor, and keep up the great work!
hello friend
Hi rokel,
Was this comment for me?
Finally, Americans are starting to wake up and realizing that the islam is more dangerous to USA than the Russia, China and Iran together.
Did you send me a blog follow request the other day? If so, can you please resend it? I accidentally deleted it.
Thanks.
You are right, Chris. There needs to be a large movement by Christians like these Pastors. Good for them! The church today, in general, is weak and afraid to loose popularity and members if they go after this monster, Islam. But as Christians our life should mean nothing to us anyway. That's how the jihadists are in Islam, and they serve a dead God. What has happened to radical Christianity? Not that we should take up jihad, but that we should fight with the truth and be willing to suffer and die, if need be, for that.
Keep going in Oklahoma!
I think they just learnt their lesson from the situation in Jos, Nigeria. Let them keep closing their eyes whenever they are praying until they found themselves besiege inside church on a particular Sunday with matchetes, swords and guns.
The American Church leaders should put their act together and unite against radical Islam b4 it is too late. We’re in it already here and we’ve learnt to retaliate. They should also remember that descended from King David who incidenatally a ‘warrior king’ that doesn’t meant that being a Christian should turn someone into a lamb that can’t bite
The Jos story is not much in the news in the US – Africa is off the radar generally, and if it is discussed, they push the Islam issue to the side and focus on economics and social causes. Same for Sudan, Somalia, etc. Middle East and Asia stories are discussed the same way but with radical and not radical Islam separated (though many point out that it cannot be separated so confidently). What is waking people in the US up is the homegrown terrorist stories, the educated wealthy terrorist stories. though they are clever to bring in some socially/ mentally cracked angle. To me the personal accounts of ex-Moslems like Mosab Yousef and Wafa Sultan etc are convincing. I hope they get more media coverage and are heard.
Christians reading this blog should get a copy of "The Third Choice – Islam, Dhimmitude, and Freedom" by Mark Durie. Durie is an evangelical pastor and former missionary to Malaysia. His excellent and well-documented book exposes the ideology behind "dhimmitude" — the non-Muslim's liability for refusing to submit to Islam — and "jizya" — money paid to Muslims to avoid the sword and to restore what was their Allah-given rightful inheritance (being the entire world). One of the requirements of dhimmis is that they never criticize Islam or Muhammad, explaining why to this day, any criticism of Islam is seen as a serious offense to Muslims. Christians (as well as non-Christians) must oppose this mindset at every opportunity. Bravo to Trinity Baptist Church. __ __
Here is a link to information on "The Third Choice — Islam, Dhimmitude, and Freedom" by Mark Durie. Be sure to read the discription of the book's cover. Chilling.

Hi Chris,
What Islamic apologists do not understand is that the Islamic world does not want to be our equals. They want to dominate us, just like their religion dictates.
Thanks for the info!
Thanks for the link Chris.
This is great news.
But I'll be very surprised if Trinity Baptist Church is still standing in a week.
I bet they chicken out. Like the Mayor in Lancaster I think???
CAIR conspired with other members of Congress PERIOD.
Our corrupted politician make them exists no one else. The US is founded on the Bible and needs to remain that way. The teaching of turning the other cheek is causing too much pain.
Weclome to the site,
Turning the other cheek with Islam, is a slow death.
This is wonderfully encouraging! I pray more churches start to hold these awareness seminars ~ it is only through awareness that we can stop the islamic takeover of our culture & country!
Thank you, Chris, for fighting the good fight!
