It is obvious that the persecution of Christians is on the rise across the Islamic world. So why do so many Christians continue to respect a religion that has no intention other than to destroy all competing religions? Islam has its eye on world dominance, whether we like it or not!

We will turn our attention now to the Islamic Center of Minnesota (ICM) and its involvement with the local Christian community.

INTERFAITH DIALOGUE

The ICM is involved in interfaith programs with the Minnesota Council of Churches and the “Interfaith Conversation Project”. This is one of the oldest, continously running dialogue in the country.

I have just two questions for the Christians who attend interfaith meetings with Muslims. How have Christians benefited from the meetings? And, has dialogue with Muslims slowed down the spread of Islam?

Has anyone at the Minnesota Council of Churches actually done any research on Islam (MCC), or do they blindly believe whatever Muslims tell them? Let’s take a quick look at the MCC.

Mission

The Minnesota Council of Churches is a community of communions who confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. As such, it seeks to manifest within the State of Minnesota the unity of the Church in Christ. Relying on the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, the Council works to bring its members into life-giving fellowship and into common witness, study and action to the glory of God and in service to all creation.

What are the odds that the ICM has told the MCC about the Islamic vision of Jesus?

Abu~Dawud Hadith Book 37, Number 4310: Narrated AbuHurayrah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: There is no prophet between me and him, that is, Jesus (peace_be_upon_him). He will descent (to the earth). When you see him, recognise him: a man of medium height, reddish fair, wearing two light yellow garments, looking as if drops were falling down from his head though it will not be wet. He will fight the people for the cause of Islam. He will break the cross, kill swine, and abolish jizyah. Allah will perish all religions except Islam. He will destroy the Antichrist and will live on the earth for forty years and then he will die. The Muslims will pray over him.

That does not sound too Christianity friendly! Is there anything else a Church can do to help advance Islam?

Now lets go back to the days of Mohammad, and see what he had to say about Christians.

Bukhari Hadith Volume 1, Book 8, Number 427:
Narrated ‘Aisha and ‘Abdullah bin ‘Abbas:

When the last moment of the life of Allah’s Apostle came he started putting his ‘Khamisa’ on his face and when he felt hot and short of breath he took it off his face and said, “May Allah curse the Jews and Christians for they built the places of worship at the graves of their Prophets.” The Prophet was warning (Muslims) of what those had done.

Finally, we will take a look at what Islamic Law has to say about Christianity.

w4.0 THE FINALITY OF THE PROPHET’S MESSAGE

w4.1 (n:) This section has been translated to clarify some possible confusions among Muslims as to Islam’s place among world religions.

1. Muhammad (Allah bless him and give him peace) is the last prophet and messenger. Anyone claiming to be a prophet or messenger of Allah after him or to found a new religion is a fraud, misled and misleading.

2. Previously revealed religions were valid in their own eras, as is attested to by many verses of the Holy Koran, but were abrogated by the universal message of Islam, as is equally attested to by my verses of the Koran. Both points are worthy of attention from English-speaking Muslims, who are occasionally exposed to erroneous theories advanced by some teachers and Koran translators affirming these religions’ validity but denying or not mentioning their abrogation, or that it is unbelief (kufr) to hold that the remnant cults now bearing the names of formerly valid religions, such as “Christianity” or “Judaism,” are acceptable to Allah Most High after he sent the final Messenger (Allah bless him give him peace) to the entire world. This is a matter over which there is no disagreement among Islamic scholars, and if English-speaking Muslims at times discuss it as if there were some question about it, the only reason can be that no one has yet offered them a translation of a scholarly Koranic exegesis (tasfir) to explain the accord between various Koranic verses, and their agreement with the sunna.

Isn’t it past time the Christian community stops committing a slow suicide?
