   I don't think so, I do not see that any words have added to the filter. About a year ago, Intense Debate had a comment disappearing problem, but it did not say that the administrator had deleted them. They just disappeared.

   If anyone wants to help track down this issue, I'd be happy to put up a test page on my blog. That way we don't have to annoy Chris and others here with test comments.

   ID has a few comment controls, and its not clear to me how they interact with each other.

   No problem, CL. It could be as Mr F observes, however in my case, the deletions were lengthy and included references to religious terms and sacred names, all of which fall into the same category.

   No worries, I can express the same sentiments numerous ways. Like grandma used to say, "There is more than one way to skin a cat." Keep up the good work. God bless America. "In God We Trust"

    It seems to be more on a aversion / censoring of religious terms and sacred names, e.g. G-d or C-h-r-i-s-t, which falls into the same category to which Mr F alluded. Keep up the good work. Like grandma used to say…"There is more than one way to skin a cat."

    Can't repeat cliche's and limericks used by grandma to express sentiments or alternate methods to get a point across without tripping the word filters. No worries, CL. Keep up the good work.

    Maybe something to comments by Mr F, but it seems more like specific words are tripping the "Word Filter".

    I finally figured it out. The "F" word or abbreviated forms thereof seem to be tripping the word filter.
