It is not permissible to be involved in an interest-bearing loan of any type. Infact, there is stern warning for a person involved in interest. Chris, Nedd here – thanks for posting this. Hugh Bodey forwarded your piece on the Religion of Rape and then I saw this item. This is personally troubling as my son's grandparents live a short two miles from this location and I am bringing him over there on Wednesday. This part of Chicago, which is right near the city limits, is an eclectic community with Middle Easterners and Jews, among many other races and religions. But this is an eye opener. However, I am not aware of any location called Sharia there. This is disturbing.

I think he may have put your old Islam in Action site on his approved list and began forwarding your site on to all in his groups.
Yeah, that area has its share of Muslims but they have Jews, Croatians, Vietnamese, Hindus, Christian Scientists, you name it. I know that area fairly well but I can't picture the bulding.
Doing OK but not great, times are tough on us as they are with so many of us.

I understand the dilemma you are in. I would, however, suggest you contact Google and ask for a different set of ads be placed. If that can't be done, I would at least put a disclaimer that you have no control of the content at your site.

For some reason my replies to Nedd aren't showing up.
They went to moderation for some reason. Perhaps they're lost in the ether.
I see one, but other than that I did not delete or disapprove of them. Sometimes the comments go into the moderation mode, because of keywords.
Its curious. I replied once, then edited it because of a typo. Then I noticed that the ID code messed up one of the characters (converted it to HTML code). So I went in to edit it again and got a message from ID about the message was in 'moderation' when I clicked submit again.
After it didn't show up after a day, I replied again. That went straight to moderation and didn't show up.
It could be just a glitch, or maybe I accidently deleted it. I get a bunch of spam each day, and I may of overlooked it. Sorry about that. I have nothing in moderation mode now. I have been a bit busy lately. I will be updating several times in the morning.

Nedd, you can block ads like that in FireFox with the AdBlock Plus plug-in.
To get extensions and themes you just do this – click on Tools -> Add-ons. In the pop-up, click on Get Extensions in the lower right. That will take you to the Mozilla page. Just search there.
