Good afternoon friends, I am just finishing uploading all of the videos from NYC’s 26Th Annual Muslim Day Parade. While I was following the parade, I did see another sign of Islamic dominance on 33rd street right off of Madison Avenue. How disrespectful….

The way the emblem is made, with the crescent above the flag is quite telling. Once again they write you on the nose that shariah is above your constition and has come to US to dominate all the kuffar.
And most importantly how they have the American flag fading away. Death to islam!
I know that the Tunisian flag containing this crescent, maybe they just mean a mixture of the 2 flags.

As shown below, the logo was intended to be a friendly and not a hostile gesture. In this case, a cross-cultural gesture simply went wrong as is not infrequent.
Considering how much Muslims lie, why did you automatically believe what they said? Why didn’t you ask them if they hold the US Constitution higher than Sharia Law? Why didn’t you ask them if they would be OK with making a flag in reverse, with the US flag over their crescent? I am sure that would have went over big.

This is a case, and it is not the first I have seen, in which a well-meaning gesture from another culture was misinterpreted as rude or even hostile by the one to which it was directed. As a simple example, we think nothing of white gift wrapping in the U.S. but white is the color of death in Asia, and is considered very unlucky.
Also, the Culture Center was shut down after the revolution, and the new tenant should have removed the logo entirely.

We see the emblem of the pagan deity Hubal displayed in support of another pagan deity called allah. Any observant person in the US may view the gesture as meaning the tyranny of paganism over freedoms allowed in America; or Middle Eastern paganism over over individual freedom in the US. What was obviously boldly displayed was the pagan symbol of Hubal in support of pagan Islam over the subdued symbol of the US flag. The intended symbolism is abundantly clear, even though one is free to be a pagan in the US; paganism is not authorized to subdue any of the legal individual rights and freedoms that all US citizens are indeed free to practice and express. It’s a Constitutional thing that most immigrants embrace. Islam, and sharia, seem to have trouble with individual rights and freedoms. Islam embraces religious tyranny!!!

My two cents for whatever they are worth: from all arab culture, Tunisia is the most peaceful and friendly country. They mean well and we should not misinterpret the message on the Tunisian-American symbols seen above. We jump too fast to a conclusion because we still didn’t come to terms with what’s going on with the war in the middle east and with the dramatic events of 09/11/ Tunisia is in North Africa and have always shown excellent partnership with the U.S. More so, ever since the the Jasmin revolution in January 2011, Tunisia was the first arab country that freed itself from a dictatorship political regime that was oppressive to the tunisian people. They aim to become a democratic country and do not wish to associate themselves whatsoever with the extremist islamist party. Tunisia has been, is and will always be a country of tolerance, peace, a genuine acceptance. The symbols you have seen are simply a reflection of their union to the U.S. The American flag should’ve never been faded out and I believe it was an honest mistake. Let’s differentiate between collaboration and domination here and let’s also really use our best judgement before accusing anyone of any type of conspiracy.
