Muslims Once Again Using Jesus in Their Sales Pitch

Once again Muslims are using Jesus in their Islamic sales pitch. What they fail to mention is that under Islam, Jesus will come back as a Muslim and destroy Christianity. So please explain how there is common ground between Christianity and Islam. In the end they are polar opposites.

Jesus: The Inspired Teacher

Islamic tradition tells many stories about Jesus from which we can derive lessons that can be applied today.

Christmas, for many around the world, is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Although Muslims do not celebrate Christmas, they are continually inspired and taught valuable lessons by the message and teachings of Jesus.

Because Jesus is such an influential figure among Muslims and Christians alike, his message can be an effective tool for millions of Muslims and Christians around the world to build bridges of compassion, understanding, and shared values.

So let’s take a look into the twofold status of Jesus in Islam: 1) a prophet who had a miraculous birth, preformed many miracles, and will return to guide humanity; and 2) an inspired teacher whose example of mercy, kindness, and lack of attachment to material things we can learn from today.
