LAPD Agrees to Major Police Reforms

(Los Angeles – 5/17/12) — In a meeting today with Deputy Chief Michael Downing of the Los Angeles Police Department, the Muslim Public Affairs Council, along with other civic groups, gained major reforms on the current Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) program. There are SAR programs in every major US city.

“The agreed upon reforms by LAPD are a victory for partnerships between communities and law enforcement nationwide,” said Salam Al-Marayati, MPAC President. “LAPD, in contrast to NYPD, is developing practices and policies after engaging communities.”

Earlier this year, LAPD issued an order on how officers identify and report suspicious activity – behaviors that indicate potential criminal activity – related to terrorism. The order failed to include prior recommendations from community groups to ensure that SAR does not result in the collection of information on noncriminal and constitutionally protected activities such as photography or speech without a clear link to terrorism.

By encouraging officers to treat noncriminal activity as suspicious without further evidence reasonably indicating pre-terrorism planning, the SAR program creates the potential to collect data that violates civil liberties and is counterproductive to national security investigations. When everything is treated as an anomaly, true anomalies become more difficult to find — making this effort counter-productive to counterterrorism efforts.

In particular, MPAC asked for and received agreement from LAPD in writing on the following issues:

Any reporting of incidents by law enforcement on individuals or groups must be connected to criminal activity.

Any surveillance must have a nexus to terrorism.

Any report that does not meet that standard will be purged from any intelligence gathering mechanism within LAPD.

The Inspector General of LAPD, who is appointed by a civilian board of commissioners and is independent from LAPD, will audit the SAR program and will make the audit available for public review.

LAPD will include a means to track racial bias within the SAR reports to determine if there is any ethnic profiling within the program.

SAR is designed as a behavior-based warning system that helps police officers identify potential terrorist planning before a deadly event occurs. In the post 9/11 era, we have the dual challenge of preventing terrorist incidents while preserving constitutional standards in our society. MPAC asked for and received SAR reforms from LAPD to help achieve that dual responsibility.

LAPD officials also said that they are open to having a community advisory board for the SAR program. MPAC will work with any and all organizations interested in this type of engagement with law enforcement to identify the best mechanism for community input on the SAR program.

The amended order will likely take months to finalize. MPAC will continue monitoring the progress of the SAR reforms and report accordingly.

Muslims are clearly starting to gain too much power here, and they will not stop until Sharia rules America. That is why it is imperative that we make ending Muslim immigration a daily part of the narrative.

It is well-known that by refusing to identify sharia-driven Islam as the enemy in the War on Terror, the Obama administration has seriously undermined the ability to combat this existential threat to American security.  Naming or identifying the enemy is important because it allows us to identify the enemy’s threat doctrine–that which motivates his war (i.e., jihad)–and to orient on that threat doctrine (i.e., sharia), not some fictional narrative that we would wish it to be (“hijacked Islam,” extremism, etc.). In the video Rep. Dan Lungren (R.-Calif.), asks Paul Stockton, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas’ Security Affairs, about “Islamism”, Islam and Al Qadea. Stockton becomes tongue tied as he tries to cover for Islam. Pretty pathetic.

I would love to get just two minutes of time to embarrass him on a debate on Islam.

While the Obama Administration is full of Islam appeasers like Paul Stockton, John Brennan, Assistant to the President For Homeland Security and Counterterrorism, and United States Attorney General Eric Holder, many citizens of America are clearly waking up to the threat of Islam, and are joining our growing voice against Islam! I applaud The American Freedom Law Center for taking such a courageous stance. The country needs more like them!

Switzerland: Back in late 2009 the Swiss banned minarets, an Islamic sign of domiance. But doing so was not nearly enough to win this war,and thankfully not all non-Muslim politicians have their head in the sand. In the video below Swiss Parliament Member Oskar Freysing, gives a firey speech over the West committing a slow suicide by appeasing Islam.

UK: While our friends in the UK have been hit hard by Islam, there is hope. One sign of hope is Paul Weston, Chairman of the British Freedom Party. Mr. Weston reminds my of the Netherland’s Great Geert Wilders. Both do not play suicidal politically correct games, and both are calling for an end to Muslim immigration. Weston recently wrote this excellent letter to the David Cameron, Prime Minister of the UK.

Dear Prime Minister,

Whether your recent bizarre policy decisions are driven by a fear of Islam or a woeful lack of Islamic understanding remains unclear, but to most impartial observers it would appear you have crossed the loyalty line and are now officially endorsing sharia law in Britain.

I would remind you that as our Prime Minister your primary duty is to put the interests of your country and your own people before the interests of a foreign people or ideology. I am of course talking about Islam here, more specifically sharia law, which is making rapid progress in Britain and the West. It is both astonishing and chilling that what was formerly considered haraam (forbidden under sharia law) only in Islamic countries is now equally considered haraam in Britain.

A Christian travelling to Saudi Arabia cannot take a bible or a cross into that country, nor could he display pictures or caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed. I have no particular problem with this — when in Rome etc. — but I do have a problem, to put it mildly, when my own government appears intent on importing the political ideology of sharia into my own country.

Two recent news stories suggest Britain is not just adopting a policy of appeasement toward sharia, but is already a de-facto sharia state. Firstly, your government is quite incredibly arguing that British Christians should not be allowed to appeal against a ban which outlaws the wearing of crosses in the workplace, and secondly that an Englishman, Darren Conway, has been jailed for twelve months after being found guilty of “religiously aggravated harassment.”

The MSM seems reluctant to inform us how this new thought-crime of religiously aggravated harassment was contravened, but posters displayed by Conway in the windows of his home are rumoured to link the sexual consummation of the marriage between the Prophet Mohammed and his nine year old bride Aisha with the casual disregard Muslims exhibit toward the rape and grooming of underage English girls in Britain’s northern towns and cities.

I am not going to suggest that displaying such posters is the most diplomatic way of drawing a comparison between Mohammed’ sexual predilections and the ongoing Muslim rape of English girls, but the only point to be made is that the jailing of Darren Conway should not be possible in a non-Islamic country, and would simply not have been possible in Britain ten years ago.

What we are witnessing here, along with the outlawing of Christian crosses, is the rule of sharia in what is still termed a Christian country. You, Mr Cameron, and Britain’s traitor class in government and the media have prostrated yourselves before the onslaught of a fanatical, murderous and resurgent Islam, even as you publicly proclaim Islam to be a religion of peace.

Successive British governments (along with the BBC) have portrayed Islamic terrorists as deluded fanatics who kill for no better reason than to kill — as if the fact that they are brutal means they are insane. Britain’s ruling class deliberately adopts the disingenuous narrative that Islamic terrorists couldn’t possibly be accurately representing a well-grounded interpretation of Islam, and must therefore be ‘perverting’ or ‘hijacking’ Islam, or indeed are “betraying the true Islam”.

But as Andrew McCarthy notes, there is logic to terrorism. It is jihad, the purpose of which is to implement, spread, defend or vindicate sharia, the Muslim legal code. Sharia is the necessary precondition to Islamicizing a society. Once you realize that, you quickly realize that the same sharia-driven campaign can be waged, and is being waged, by non-violent means, and that the violent and non-violent methods are inextricably linked.

In her book The Dhimmi Bat Ye’or writes:

The jihad is a global conception that divides the peoples of the world into two irreconcilable camps: that of the dar al-Harb, the “Territory of War,” which covers those regions controlled by the infidels; and the dar al-Islam, “the Territory of Islam,” the Muslim homeland where Islamic law reigns. The jihad is the normal and permanent state of war between the Muslims and the dar al-Harb, a war that can only end with the final domination over unbelievers and the absolute supremacy of Islam throughout the world.

To further your education, Mr Cameron, you must understand that wars are fought between rival tribes, races and religions not in order to sate mankind’s desire for violence but as a means to an end, with the end being one thing and one thing only — political control over the defeated people. When you act against Britain’s Christians in the way that you now do, and lock up Englishmen who dare to portray Mohammed in posters, you are in effect enforcing sharia law against traditional Britain.

You are therefore not representing your country and your people; you are representing the ideology and law of sharia, an alien political system with a history of absolute enmity against the West, and which currently seeks to dismantle the liberal democracy of Great Britain over which you preside. You are in short, exhibiting the behaviour of a traitor.

It is possible I am being somewhat harsh on you Mr Cameron. It is possible your education and professional life to date leaves you ill-equipped to absorb the realities of Islamic imperialism, but ignorance about a matter of such profound importance is not a legitimate defence. Perhaps you think the Islamic threat is blown out of all proportion by “right-wing extremists”, but the threat is more than real: it is overpoweringly the single biggest issue of not just our time, but of all time.

You may not want to admit that Islam is at war with the West, but Islam fully realises it is engaged in a physical and ideological war against us. Until such time as you accept this reality then it will be a war we can only lose. How can we mount a defence when the traitor class refuse to even acknowledge we are under threat?

The rise of Tommy Robinson and the English Defence League signify the initial stage of an inevitable religious civil war in Britain. It is the working man of England who must face the reality of living in our rapidly increasing Islamic areas, but demographics suggest the middle-classes will also face Islamic reality in the very near future. Old Etonians, Oxbridge graduates and the champagne socialists (who all choose to live well away from the deliberately imported multicultural hell-holes created by the traitor class) have assured a truly terrible future for Britain and its betrayed indigenous people.

Western politicians such as yourself, Mr Cameron, have operated in a liberal democracy for so long you have forgotten the law of the jungle and are thus culturally unable to descend to its level. Islam, with its refusal to accept democratic man-made laws; its openly discriminatory attitude toward non-Muslims, its propensity for intolerant violence and its tribal/political/religious ideology is the law of the jungle, and the Savile Row suited and politically correct Western politicians — all reared on a diet of non-discrimination and tolerance — are thus rendered defenceless before it.

I would be glad to hear a coherent argument against the content of this open letter, Mr Cameron, but fully understand that your vocal appeasement of resurgent Islam makes such a response more than a little unlikely. This is a shame, because I am sure I speak for many millions of British people who find your official endorsement of sharia law in Britain baffling in the extreme.

1. Introduce a US style First Amendment guaranteeing Free Speech.

2. Leave the profoundly undemocratic European Union.

3. Abolish the Human Rights Act, which benefits only foreign criminals/ terrorists.

4. Halt any further non-Western immigration for a period of five years.

5. Deport foreign criminals, seditious dual nationality Islamists and illegal immigrants.

6. Abolish all multicultural and equality quangos.

7. Halt and turn back all aspects of the Islamisation of Britain, including Sharia finance.

8. Drastically reduce crime – criminals should fear the consequences of their behaviour.

9. Repair the damage wreaked by the progressive educational establishment.

10. Promote British values and assimilation, rather than multiculturalism and division.

11. Rebuild Britain’s Armed Forces to 1980 levels.

12. Diminish the public sector and government interference in the private sector.

13. Withdraw troops from all areas where we are not directly threatened.

14. Cancel foreign aid to countries which do not deserve or need it.

15. End welfare payments to immigrants; they must pay for their housing and children.

16. Ensure no elderly person lives in fear, and can afford both heat and food in the winter.

17. Abolish destructive Political Correctness, promote Common Sense.

18. Promote morality, marriage, the family, the community and the nation state.

19. Allow pubs the freedom of operating as smoking or non-smoking establishments.

20. Live by Christianity’s Golden Rule: “Do unto others as thou wouldst be done by.”

Then there are the foot soldiers of the English Defence League. Lead by true Brit, Tommy Robinson.

Keep the Britishness in Britain mates!

Because of Muslim immigration, I would not be surprised if civil wars break out across the West. So we need to support politicians who will end their immigration. Things might get ugly (not a call for violence), but Islam in our lands will be defeated!

In the UK Muslims are running wild, and they obviously think the own the place. Hence, my consistent call to end Muslim immgration.

Islamic enclaves are already forming in America. Frank Gaffney and Daniel Pipes parading around Zuhdi Jasser is not going to change that. Supporting more Muslim immigration like ACT! does, is only going to add to the problem. Building more Mosques like Jasser does is only going to add to the problem. Not naming the enemy (Islam) and using politically correct terms like “radical Islam”, and “Islamism” is a policy that is being used here in America. It was an overwhelming failure across Europe.

Islam itself is the enemy and and now we see Europeans are finally admitting that. The reason is because they have exhausted all their other options, and have no choice! It will be Islam or our way of life. Muslims will leave us no choice in that matter.

While the threat of Islam in Europe is at a high level, there is hope. A lot of hope. Infidel friends, the anti-Islam campaign has started!

Austria: Austrian MP Ewald Stadler lets the Turkish Ambassador know what he thinks of Muslim immigration! What a tongue lashing, and well deserved!

France: Deportations of Muslims has started. It is not nearly enough, but the message is that more will follow.

“It’s not just linked to Toulouse. It’s all over the country. It’s in connection with a form of radical Islam, and it’s in agreement with the law,” he said.

 

Sarkozy suggested then that more raids would follow, saying, “There will be other operations that will continue and that will allow us to expel from our national territory a certain number of people who have no reason to be here.”

Italy: Islam denied income tax revenue.

Rome, 27 August (AKI) – Mosques in Italy will not receive a share of income tax revenue the Italian government allocates to religious faiths each year. Hindu and Buddhist temples, Greek Orthodox churches and Jehovah’s Witnesses will be eligible for the funds, according to a bill approved by the Italian cabinet in May and still must be approved by parliament.

Germany: Swedish businessman Patrik Brinkmann stated he would donate €5 million into Pro NRW. The money to be used to build an anti-Islam center in Germany.

Besides the rise of the pro-NRW anti-Islam party, in 2010 the government of Germany had used anti-Nazi laws against two Salafist Islamic organizations for plotting a non-violent takeover from within.  Last year we witnessed more evidence of their government turning against Islam when on the first day of his new job, Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich lashed out against against Islam.

Friedrich, who succeeds Thomas de Maiziere, now defense minister, at a news conference in Berlin said there was no proof in history “that Islam is part of Germany.”

Spain: Salt’s mayor Jaume Torramade has banned the call to prayer. The northeastern region has a 40-percent Muslim population. It was his way of pushing back the Islamization of Spain.  

“The large numbers of Muslim immigrants in Salt have attracted imams who are enforcing conducand dress codes. Muslim women used to wear blue jeans, but now they cover their hair.”

Leading the way is the Netherlands’ Great Geert Wilders, who I deem as the West’s greatest hope.

Netherlands Warning to America

Wisely Wilders is not waiting for some form of “moderate” Islam to save the day. He is calling for an end to the construction of Islamic schools, Mosques, and end to Muslim immgiration. Also for deportations.

I call I vehemently echo.  The bottom line here is that we are not going to win this war playing Mr. Nice Guy (that is not a call for violence), and the sooner the country gets out of the “moderate” Islam is coming to the rescue fantasy, the better. As of now America is making the same mistakes Europe made. For the sake of your future generations I urge you to heed Wilders’ warning!

For over 10 years I have been speaking out against the threat of Islam. When I first started  though, I remember numerous non-Muslims telling me that I should not say Islam itself is the problem. To use the term “Islamofascism” (which I admittedly did use for a short period of time), or “radical Islam”. Another popular term is “Islamism”. I did not really care for using the term “Islamofascism”, as in the back of my mind I knew Islam itself was the problem.

After a short while I decided to go against the wishes of many friends and go with the truth. The truth being that Islam itself is the problem. My line of thinking is, how can we defeat an enemy if we cannot even bring ourselves to name that enemy? Now it is over a decade later and the situation with Islam in America has gotten worse, much worse.

There is some good news though, and that is that the voices of non-Muslims are on the rise. But after that there is a major problem. The voices of most of the “leaders” on this issue do not get to the root of the problem, and have no real long term answers. Apparently the best they can do is continue to fantasize about “moderate” Muslims/Islam coming to the rescue. Ignoring the fact that “moderates” did not save Europe and that more and more aspects of Sharia are seeping into America. In other words, what is being done is not working.

As many of you know, for over a year I have been exposing the weak kneed stance of the “leaders” of ACT!, their support of so called “moderate” Muslim Zuhdi Jasser, and Muslim immigration. Unfortunately ACT! is not the only cheerleader of Jasser. There are other big names in this battle that are also living in the “moderates” are going to save the day fantasy.

5. Clarion Fund: Over a year ago they asked me to remove them from my email list. I asked them why, and they never responded. Here is what they have to say about Jasser.

Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser Founder and President, American Islamic Forum for Democracy (AIFD). Jasser is a devout practicing Muslim practicing internal medicine and nuclear cardiology in Phoenix. He is the immediate-Past President of the Arizona Medical Association.

Reading such a comment leads me to believe that they are ignorant on Islam itself. Because Muslims want Sharia. I receive occasional emails from their founder Raphael Shore. I politely asked him if he has ever read a Koran and Sahih Ahadith. He will not respond. I guess the truth is too much for them to deal with.

4. Walid Phares: Sometime within the last year he defriended me on Facebook, and then ran to the hills when I asked why he did so. Phares is frequently on the news, but is another one who has his Jasser pom poms out. Only Phares is so foolish, that he actually wants Jasser who tries to cover for Islam, in our government.

Just what we need….Jasser getting more politicians to believe that Islam itself is not the problem, and “moderates” are coming to the rescue.

3. Steve Emerson: Emerson does a good job exposing the threat of Islamic terrorism, but does not seem to have any long term answers on the legal jihad that is taking place across America. Earlier I stated that ACT! was in favor of Muslim immigration. Emerson is no better, as he even supports Mosques being built is America!

Steve Emerson: Jasser is a Muslim. Though he opposed the proposed Ground Zero mosque, his record and that of his family has been in helping build mosques in Wisconsin and Arizona.

Maybe Emerson and the rest of the Jasser cheer leaders would like to explain how adding more Islam is going to help defeat Islam?! Oh I forgot, I am not supposed to say Islam itself is the problem….

There is good news to report: The idea that “militant Islam is the problem, moderate Islam is the solution” is finding greater acceptance over time.

We also see that Pipes does not care that he is misleading America, as he is carrying the same message today!

Middle East scholar Daniel Pipes has said, “The problem is radical Islam. The solution is moderate Islam.”

1. The Capo of the “moderate” Muslim campaign,Mr Frank Gaffney himself. Gaffney has been telling America that “moderates” are coming to the rescue since at least 2007.

Frank Gaffney, one of the summit panelists and the founder and president of the Center for Security Policy, was the most explicit proponent of this view. Gaffney used Ronald Reagan’s strategy in bringing down the Berlin Wall as a model for how we should engage the Muslims today, saying that, like Reagan’s empowerment of natural allies within Communism, “we must empower our allies within Islam.”

Well Frank, those within Islam stand with Islam.

In 2008 Frank had presented his “hero” Jasser with a “Defender of the Home Front” award. Under Gaffney’s and Pipes’ watch things have gotten worse, much worse.How much more of America has to be changed to suit Islam, before Gaffney and his puppets stop misleading America?

Gaffney also makes the following bold statement:

Gaffney replied that such wasn’t the case and that he knows that there are millions of Muslims who don’t want to live under sharia — Muslims who came to the U.S. to get away from sharia-based governments.

So Frank, are you saying that about half the Muslims here do not want it? (Technically if they do not want Sharia they have apostated, but I will give you a pass on that for now.) Where is your proof? You are starting to sound like a Muslim sympathizer like ACT!’s Guy Rodgers.

What is so ludicrous about the “moderate” Muslim campaign is that it is being lead by mostly non-Muslims. Did any of the above ever ask themselves why Jasser spends so much time with non-Muslims, instead of Muslims?

I proudly stand with colleagues Pamela Geller and Mr. Spencer on the issue of “moderate Islam”.

Pamela Geller: I have long derided the “moderate Islam” meme as a theory with no basis in reality or history. It’s wishful thinking, dangerous, and suicidal.

Robert Spencer:I recently participated in a FrontPage Symposium, “The World’s Most Wanted: A ‘Moderate Islam,’” about that great unicorn in which everyone believes and depends upon but which no one has ever actually seen, moderate Islam. (R.S.)

I entitled this article “How do you win a war, When you Have no Answers?” because, “moderate” Muslims/Islam is not an answer. It is a fantasy! Either we end up dealing with Muslim immigration, and Islam, or it is just a matter of time until we lose this war. As they will never stop pushing.

As of now he has not responded, and it appears he might just duck the issue.

Secondly, I called the number in the ad that was placed in the Pakistan Post.

A Muslim man answered, and I told him I am a non-Muslim who was interested in their “Peace for Humanity” conference. He asked how I knew about it, and I responded the Pakistan Post. He wanted to know how I understood the language. My reply was that the ad was in English also. Then he laid it on thick. Telling how me “good” I am, a for “God to bless me and my family”. For some reason he didn’t not mention the following verse from the Koran.

YUSUFALI: And know that among you is Allah’s Messenger: were he, in many matters, to follow your (wishes), ye would certainly fall into misfortune: But Allah has endeared the Faith to you, and has made it beautiful in your hearts, and He has made hateful to you Unbelief, wickedness, and rebellion: such indeed are those who walk in righteousness;-

He went on to tell me to bring as many people as I like, and closed with “this is what’s best for humanity”. Like I said, Muslims think they know what is best for us infidels.

The recently formed Association of Muslims of North America (AMNA), has rented out the entire Nassau Coliseum on Sunday June 3rd at 11:00 AM, for the MEGA IslamoCON event, the “Peace for Humanity Conference”. For those who do not know, the Nassau Coliseum is the home of the National Hockey League’s NY Islanders. It is also a concert venue, which has a seating capacity of over 18,000! To make matters worse it is a free admission event!

Let’s take a look at the AMNA:

The organization was officially launched on February 5th, 2012. Republican Congressman Michael Grimm of NY’s 13Th District (Staten Island), was on hand to help with the ceremony. The Congressman is a former FBI agent and US Marine. Grimm have you done any actual research on Islam? Apparently just about any Muslim can walk into the office of just about any US politician, profess “they come in peace”, and the politician falls into an IslamoSPELL.

As you can see they claim to represent the silent voice of Muslims in America, and “mainstream Islam”. Well, “mainstream Islam” is on a Sharia campaign in America. The AMNA also uses the common “misconception” talking point. When it comes to Islam, I deal in facts, not “misconceptions.

The “true and peaceful” nature of Islam is to dominate non-Muslims.

Fight those who do not believe in God, nor in the Last Day, for, otherwise, they would have believed in the Prophet (s), and who do not forbid what God and His Messenger have forbidden, such as wine, nor do they practise the religion of truth, the firm one, the one that abrogated other religions, namely, the religion of Islam — from among of those who (min, ‘from’, explains [the previous] alladhīna, ‘those who’) have been given the Scripture, namely, the Jews and the Christians, until they pay the jizya tribute, the annual tax imposed them, readily (‘an yadin is a circumstantial qualifier, meaning, ‘compliantly’, or ‘by their own hands’, not delegating it [to others to pay]), being subdued, [being made] submissive and compliant to the authority of Islam.

The “true and peaceful” nature of Islam also allows Muslims to take non-Muslims as sex slaves if desired. Prophet Pervert himself even took part in this hideous behavior.

Muslims also believe they know what is best for humanity.

On the bottom of the the AMNA website, it says “Organized to promote friendship and peaceful co-existence of people of different beliefs systems by enhancing religious awareness, mutual respect, and true acceptance of each other”.

To pile on the misinformation campaign, this will be a dual event. Muslims will also be celebrating the birth of Mohammad, and are expecting over 15K to show!

Muslim Hadith Book 019, Number 4366:
It has been narrated by ‘Umar b. al-Khattib that he heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) say: I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim.

The guest speaker is Pakistani born Islamic scholar Dr. Tahir ul-Qadri. Who two years ago wrote a 600 page “Islam is peace” fatwa. A fatwa, which I kindly dismantled.

This free interfaith conference is extremely dangerous because naive and trusting non-Muslims will walk away from it believing that Muslims are just like everyone else here, and Islam is no threat at all.
