Some of this year’s speakers are Muslim Congressmen Keith Ellison of Minnesota, and Andre Carson of Indiana. Other notable speakers are Ibrahim Hooper, co founder of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). Please make no mistake of CAIR’s mission.
Co-Founder of the Council on American-Islamic Relations
President and CEO of Silicon Expert Technologies.
Former Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP) Officer.
“Those who stay in America should be open to society without melting, keeping Mosques open so anyone can come and learn about Islam. If you choose to live here, you have a responsibility to deliver the message of Islam … Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the
only accepted religion on Earth.”
Then there is Brooklyn NY Imam Siraj Wahhaj, who in the past made the following statement.
“…And [Allah] declared ‘Whoever is at war with my friends, I declare war on them.’ … Your true friend is Allah, the messenger, and those who believe…. Hear what I’m telling you well. The Americans are not your friends … The Canadians are not your friends … The Europeans are not your friends. Your friend is Allah, the Messenger and those who believe. These people will never be satisfied with you until you follow their religion …”
Ex-CAIR chairman Parvez Ahmed, who is now on the the Jacksonville (Florida) Human Rights Commission.
Obama’s Islamist Tariq “It’s time not to speak about integrating,…” Ramadan.
That is some crowd that our Muslim Congressmen do not mind associating with. Of course no Islamic convention of this size can be complete, without a traitor to Christianity speaking. This traitor is Pastor Rick Warren. The conference is so huge, that there are 300 speakers. So I will stop here.
In another effort to unite Muslims they are holding matrimonial banquet, just like the Masjid Annur Islamic Center located at 6990 65th St, Sacramento CA, is holding today and tomorrow.
Welcome to the ISNA Matrimonial Banquet!
ISNA matrimonial banquets will be hosted at the 47th annual ISNA convention in Rosemont, IL on Saturday July 3rd and Sunday July 4th, 2010. These events will provide you an opportunity to meet and interact with other participants in a faster, yet Islamic way.
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said, “Nikah (marriage) is my Sunnah”. He also said, “When a man marries, he has fulfilled half of his religion, so let him fear Allah regarding the remaining half”. Our mission is to help Muslim singles in taking the first step towards fulfilling this Sunnah.
We are committed in bringing Muslim singles together in accordance with the Islamic principles and guidance. Our unique event facilitates the participants to meet each other in a relaxed and information environment.
You have the option to attend one or both banquets. Because of short rotation time among groups, we ask you to prepare in advance. Reflect on questions that matter to you and provide information to others about you. Many participants find it effective to carry business cards with their contact information. We encourage casual attire for your comfort. Men tend to wear dress pants and a shirt or blazer; women tend to wear skirts, dresses, or cultural clothing
It just so happens that I read an article this morning which stated that Muslims consider piety, the most important criteria when looking for a marriage partner.
One of the topics they spoke about at last year’s convention was Muslims using our democracy, “to become a force to be reckoned with” in American policy.
If you still think that Muslims are not here to takeover, you are either not paying enough attention to this subject, or you are in denial. Either way, for the sake of our families future generations, please wake up.
