Dear Mark, Kazakh are tolerant muslim because Islamic teaching never rooted in Kazakhstan.Kazakh are the people who converted to Islam just 200 years ago.Pre islamic tradition are well dominated in Kazakh culture and this was a Soviet republic with no religious education.More over 50 percent of its people are non-muslim. So islam is marginal there. There are quite possibility to become more radicalised under wahhabi influence from outsite.That is the new threat faced today the Central Asia.When true Islam will prevail in Kazakhstan it will be same as other Islamic hellhole.Thanks

They won't do that until we do something about holding them to the treaties they make, to the barbarity they create. If we wait for them to take the initiative to do what we want them to do we will be waiting a very, long time. There is nothing in their teachings for them to do anything other than what they do now.
